Adding my Daysheets into Immensity

Adding a new Daysheet

  1. If you have not already downloaded Immensity, please request access and read Setting up your account

  2. Open Immensity

  3. At the bottom of your screen, click "Daysheet" in your tab bar

  4. In the top right-hand corner, click the "+" icon

  5. Select the date field and enter in the date of your show using the date picker

  6. Enter in a name for your show, some common examples include:

    • The city you are performing in​

    • Your band or artist name @ the venue or city name

    • The names of all the bands or artists that are performing that day

  7. Enter in the name of the venue you're performing at

  8. Add the address of the venue you're playing at:

    • Click to enter the address

    • On the next screen type in the name of the venue you're performing at in the Google search bar at the top of your screen

    • Select the venue from the dropdown menu

  9. After being brought back to the previous screen, click "Save" in the top right-hand corner​

Congratulations! You've added a new Daysheet. Now feel free to start adding in all the shows you have coming up and you can always go back and add additional items to your Daysheet as the show gets closer. If you'd rather start adding all the details now, keep reading...

Editting a Daysheet

  1. From the Daysheet screen, click on the Daysheet you would like to edit in the horizontal calendar scroll at the top of your screen

  2. On the top part of your Daysheet where it displays your Daysheets name click this icon

  3. Edit whatever fields you need to

  4. Click "Save" in the top right-hand corner of your screen

Adding Schedule Items

  1. Click to add a new Daysheet or edit one that you have already created

  2. Scroll down to where it says "Schedule Items"

  3. Click on the expand arrow on the right-hand side of your screen

  4. Click the blue "Add" icon

  5. Enter in a start time and end time for your Schedule Item

  6. Enter in a name for your Schedule Item, we recommend always including: 

    • Load in​

    • Soundcheck

    • Set time

  7. Enter in any notes you might have for that schedule item​

  8. Click "Save" in the top right-hand corner of your screen

Adding Team Members and Sharing Daysheets

  1. Click to add a new Daysheet or edit one that you have already created

  2. Scroll down to where it says "Team Members"

  3. Click on the expand arrow on the right-hand side of your screen

  4. Click the blue "Add" icon

  5. If the Team Member you want to add is in your Immensity Contacts or if they are another Immensity user:

    • Search for their email at the top of your screen or scroll down until you see their name

    • Select them by clicking on the empty circle next to their name

    • Click "Add" up in the top right-hand corner of your screen

  6. If the ​Team Member you want to add is not in your Immensity Contacts and not an Immensity user,

    • Type in their email address at the top of your screen

    • Click the "Add Email as Team Member" button that appears towards the top of your screen

    • Click "Add" in the top right-hand corner of your screen

  7. Once you are back on the previous screen, look at the top of your screen and find the option that says "Click here to send Daysheet to Team Members" and the checkbox on the left-hand side

    • If you would like to email your Daysheet to all your Team Members, click the checkbox mentioned above

    • If you don't want to email your Team Members leave this checkbox empty

      • NOTE: Even if you leave this checkbox blank, your Daysheet will still appear in your Team Members' Immensity​ Daysheets for those who are Immensity users

  8. Click "Save" in the top right-hand corner of your screen

  9. If you have chosen to email your Daysheet to your Team Members, click "Send"

Adding Guest List Members

  1. Click to add a new Daysheet or edit one that you have already created

  2. Scroll down to where it says "Guest List"

  3. Click on the expand arrow on the right-hand side of your screen

  4. Click the blue "Add" icon

  5. Enter in the name of the person you want to add to the Guest List

  6. Enter in your relationship to that Guest List Member, some examples include:

    • Friend​

    • Cousin

    • Photographer for the night

  7. Click "Save" in the top right-hand corner of your screen

    • NOTE: Any Team Member you add to your Daysheet can add Guest List Members so you can all contribute to one, unified Guest List​

Adding Payment

  1. Click to add a new Daysheet or edit one that you have already created

  2. Scroll down to where it says "Payment"

  3. Click on the expand arrow on the right-hand side of your screen

  4. Click the blue "Add" icon

  5. Enter in the total amount you expect to be paid, or were paid for that show

  6. Enter in the total amount of money you made in Merch Sales at that show

  7. Click "Save" in the top right-hand corner of your screen

    • NOTE: In the next version of Immensity, this information will show on your Dashboard and on the Venue Pages you have added into your Immensity Contacts!
